Brendan recently sanded and polished the original jarrah floor boards on our 100 year old character home in North Perth that we are currently restoring. The floors turned out absolutely beautiful and we are extremely happy with Brendans workmanship. Brendan is a true craftsman with incredible eye for detail that takes absolute pride in his work. We have recieved so many compliments on our floor since it has been finished.It has been an absolute pleasure to have Brendan work on our house. He is a lovely guy as well who is happy to chat and answer any questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
We’ve just had Brendan in our flat fixing up some parquetry that had expanded - he did a fantastic job! Took every additional measure needed when some challenges arose - nothing was too hard, and it was completed in a very reasonable time frame. He helped us to understand what was happening to our floors and things to look out for in future. Also completed some other small jobs we needed doing too! Would definitely look to his insight for future work in our home!
Thoroughly impressed with the quality of Brendan's work, the level of dedication and his incredible attention to detail to ensure a perfect finish. He sanded back and re-finished over 100sqm of Marri Timber for us, ensuring the new flooring we had patched in blended seamlessly with the existing timber. He also carried out some minor repairs and improvements along the way which were an added bonus we weren't expecting. Incredibly pleased we opted for Brendan to do our flooring. I originally had Brendan from InStyle Flooring in to renovate my kitchen floor during kitchen renovations. I was so impressed with the work and beautiful finish, I got him back to do the three bedrooms and hallway that you see in the photos. I have had my wooden floors for many years and a thought I would need to replace them, I asked Brendan to have a look, he explained in detail what he could do with them filling in gaps etc and I was delighted with the outcome. Earlier this year I dropped a bottle of olive oil in my kitchen again thought that’s it again I called Brendan, he came and again repaired damage. Great job InStyle flooring 🍀

Had these guys around to our house to check out our wood floors and how we can make them look a bit nicer. Brendan really knows his stuff and just makes you feel comfortable with the whole process especially around sanding and polishing the floors.
